The Casualty Actuarial Society, Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and the Society of Actuaries' Joint Risk Management Section is pleased to make available a research report that explores reputational risk. The report, authored by Greg Young of North Carolina State University, describes a method that can be used in an insurance industry setting for managing reputational risk and includes a spreadsheet tool to help explain its application.
