As an outcome from the work of the 2011-12 Nominations Process Task Force, the SOA Leadership Development Committee is seeking nominations for the 2012-13 Nominating Committee. If you’re interested in being considered to assist in the selection of Fellows who will help shape the future of the SOA and the actuarial profession by serving on the SOA Board of Directors, here’s your opportunity.

The Nominating Committee charge can be found in the SOA Bylaws, Article IX, Section 2. Please note that per SOA Bylaws, members of the Nominating Committee must be Fellows. There are up to three positions open with nine total members on the committee. The 2012-13 Nominating Committee will need one of the three open positions filled by a member from Canada for continued coverage of this geographic area.
