All Computer-Based Testing (CBT) Exams

The candidate number is included in the automated receipt/acknowledgement letter generated after a successful exam registration and will be uploaded/activated at Prometric approximately 1 hour after successfully registering. It is unnecessary to bring the acknowledgement letter with you to the Prometric Testing Center. The required documentation to be allowed entrance at Prometric Testing centers are the identification requirements.

All Paper/Pencil Exams

Your Acknowledgement/Receipt Letter serves as your Ticket of Admission. This will be emailed to you automatically once your online registration is completed or your application has been processed and it will include your candidate number and your exam center name and number. No other Ticket of Admission will be emailed to you. The Acknowledgement Letter also serves as your receipt. Emailed Acknowledgement Letters should be printed and used for admittance into the exam, along with proper valid identification. You may use your smart phone to show the emailed ticket of admission to the exam supervisor; however, it is the candidate’s responsibility to recall their candidate number to put it on the examination since cell phones are to be turned off in the exam room.
