The Society of Actuaries sponsors 19 professional interest sections, each with a section council who plan and execute the activities of the section in line with its mission. Councils range from nine to 12 members, elected by section members. Each year, one-third of each council is replaced by new volunteers.
Below are the ballots for this year's 19 section elections. Elections begin on August 8th and end at noon Central daylight time on September 2nd. Please take some time before then to learn more about candidate backgrounds and how they plan to serve your section and its members.
