Board of Directors Policy on Responsibilities and Conduct of Members

The SOA Board of Directors adopted a new policy on Responsibilities and Conduct of Members of the Board of Directors during its February 2010 meeting. The new policy establishes standards of conduct expected of each Board member with the goal of embedding these core principles into the culture of the Board.
