We're very pleased to announce our new Important Issues submission process, which allows you to easily communicate significant issues you believe the SOA should know about–from trends impacting your work; to new and emerging issues; to SOA policies and procedures. Visit the Here's how it works section and complete the Important Issues form, detailing the professional or strategic issue you'd like to share. Your idea will be forwarded to the appropriate SOA representative(s), who will give it careful consideration, and provide you with feedback regarding the status of your submission. Your thoughts are important to us and have the potential to impact the entire profession. Take advantage of this opportunity and share what's on your mind.
The creation of the Important Issues form is just one more way the Society of Actuaries is growing and improving its environmental scanning in order to better evaluate and address issues related to and impacting the actuarial profession.
