You've likely heard about the SOA Competency Framework and noticed that most sessions, seminars and Web-based professional development offerings are associated with particular primary competencies. Well now, meet the Competency Framework Self-Assessment Tool!

The self-assessment asks you to rate a series of statements about the skills that actuaries should have to be valued for their professionalism, technical expertise and business acumen. Once you complete the ratings, you'll be provided with results that indicate which competencies you'll want to focus on when choosing professional development opportunities. It's just that easy!
