There's Still Time to Attest Compliance

Have you attested? This is a final reminder to any SOA members who have not yet attested their compliance with the SOA CPD Requirement by April 30, 2011. The membership directory currently shows a status of "Pending (2009-2010)" for all members who have not yet attested. On May 1, 2011, the status for any member who has not yet attested will switch to "Non-compliant (2009-2010)." Those members will have to meet the requirements for non-compliant members, including informing users of the actuarial expertise that they have not complied with the SOA CPD Requirement.

Please note: Members may still attest compliance with the SOA CPD Requirement for the 2009-2010 CPD cycle. Electronic attestation will remain open through May 31, 2011. After that date, members must contact SOA customer service at 888.697.3900 for assistance with attestation.
