The Sheraton Chicago is sold out of guest rooms for the SOA 11 Annual Meeting & Exhibit. We have also filled the block at Embassy Suites. We have secured an additional block of guest rooms at the Doubletree Chicago Magnificent Mile, 300 East Ohio Street. The hotel is two blocks from the Sheraton Chicago. The special SOA guest room rate will be $239 single or double occupancy.

Reservations
Make your reservations early. It is possible our room block may sell out before the reservation deadline of Sept. 16, 2011. Reservations made after this deadline are subject to space and rate availability. Make your reservations by calling the hotel directly. Be sure you mention you are attending the SOA Annual Meeting & Exhibit.
A major credit card is required in order to make a reservation. Your credit card will be charged one night's room and tax when your reservation is made. Reservations may be cancelled with no penalty up to three days prior to the date of arrival.
Early Departure Fee
When checking into the hotel you will be asked to confirm your departure date. At this time you may change your departure date without penalty. Any changes in the departure date after that may result in an early checkout fee of $100.

Hotel Check-In and Checkout
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and checkout time is noon. Those arriving early may check their bags with the bell desk in the hotel lobby.

The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers is located just 10 miles from Chicago's Midway Airport (taxi fare $30–$35) and 14 miles from O'Hare International Airport (taxi fare $45–$55).
