Have an idea for a great session for the Valuation Actuary Symposium?
The 2012 Valuation Actuary Symposium Program Committee is soliciting presentations. The symposium will be held Sept. 10- 11, 2012 in Los Angeles, CA at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza and is one-and-a-half-days of 50 concurrent sessions of the latest information on principle-based valuation issues, statutory reserves and equity-indexed products. The committee is seeking proposals for these concurrent sessions on the following topics:
- Economic Capital
- Principle-based Reserves and Capital
- Health Topics
- IFRS
- U.S. Tax Topics
- U.S. Statutory Topics
- Solvency II
- Embedded Value
- Models and Modeling
- U.S. GAAP Topics
If you are interested in submitting a proposal for a session, please complete the online interest form no later than Feb. 17. If your proposal is accepted to be a session at the 2012 Valuation Actuary Symposium, you will be notified by April 2.
