A key goal of the Social Insurance and Public Finance (SIPF) Section is to provide professional development to its members. One of the first PD projects is to create a bibliography of articles relating to topics of interest to SIPF members. We are seeking articles in three categories:

• Health insurance cost projections for publicly financed health-care programs,
• Automatic balancing mechanisms for social insurance or other publicly financed retirement programs, and
• Public pension plan financing issues.
