Experience Studies – Business Practice Surveys

The Improving the New Business Process Survey Subcommittee of the Society's Committee on Life Insurance Mortality & Underwriting Surveys has completed its report on the results of a survey examining the various changes insurance companies have recently made, or are considering making, to improve the new business process and to determine which changes were considered by the respondents to have had the most impact.
