Are you a pension actuary looking to increase your investment acumen?

Are you looking to better understand your clients' investment options for managing pension risk?

The current trends of liability driven investing, risk management and de-risking strategies make having a robust investment acumen increasingly important for engaging with clients and helping them reach their pension objectives. To help pension actuaries further their investment knowledge and engage with their clients, the SOA is offering an investment boot camp.

Use the boot camp as an opportunity to jump-start your knowledge while earning up to 7.20 non-core EA credits. The Investment Boot Camp for Pension Actuaries is a seminar comprised of four 1.5-hour sessions. Sponsored by the Pension Section, this interactive learning event will cover a range of topics starting with fixed income and derivative markets plus their application to pension liabilities, moving to discussions of other asset classes. It will finish with instruction from experts about current pension investment strategies.

Attend the boot camp to increase your investment knowledge!
