Andy is a managing director in the life insurance consulting practice of Deloitte, where he specializes in product, risk management and operational excellence for life insurance companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including roles as a management consultant and as a direct employee of a life insurance company.
Andy’s most recent work has focused on transforming new business and underwriting operations to deliver a modern-day customer experience for producers and applicants, leveraging new data sources, digitization, analytics and related emerging tools. In addition, Andy leads the design and implementation of applications of predictive analytics to improve core business operations across the full spectrum of the insurance product lifecycle, spanning target marketing, new business operations, inforce management and related functions.
Andy recently served a three-year term as an elected member for the Society of Actuaries (SOA) Board of Directors.
