While the webcast will start with a review of the basics of reinsurance, not much time will be spent discussing them. More time will be spent on advanced topics so that individuals will walk away with more advanced information.

Description

This webcast is designed to give life and annuity practitioners an overview of the important topics and fundamentals of reinsurance, from the perspective of a U.S. life insurance company. It will cover the various types of reinsurance, contract issues, financial implications, various considerations, and more. Presentations will be from industry reinsurance experts and attendees can expect to have a stronger understanding of life and annuity reinsurance at the conclusion of this webcast.

How the live webcast works and what it includes

You do not need any special equipment. On October 4, 2016, before 2:00 p.m. ET you will be sent detailed webcast instructions via email including the Web address for accessing the presentation. Any handouts that are available will also be sent. You will follow along with both the slide presentation and the audio portion of the broadcast over the Internet. Telephone-based audio will also be available.

The registration fee includes:
