This session will provide an update on the CMS and commercial market value based care initiatives and major trends for the commercial, MSSP, Pioneer, Next Gen ACOs; BPCI, CCJR, OCM, PCMH and value purchasing for Medicare FFS programs. This session will also describe the changes to occur in the next five years as promulgated by CMS.

At the conclusion of the session, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe the various value based care initiatives in the commercial and government markets;
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the relative importance of value based care initiatives; and
  • Explain the future changes promulgated by CMS that will occur and their likely implications.
