Description

Energy Leadership is focused on developing the leader within you, no matter who you are or what you do. Everyone is a leader, as we each try to motivate and inspire others, as well as ourselves, to take action. The question isn't whether or not we are leaders, it's how well we lead.

The Energy Leadership concept was developed by Bruce D. Schneider, the founder of iPEC coaching and the author the book Energy Leadership . The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) helps you to be aware of what level of energy you bring to any situation and how it impacts your effectiveness and interactions, as well as how you can increase this energy level to succeed as a leader of yourself and others. It's a process that develops an effective style of leadership that positively influences and changes not only yourself, but also those with whom you live and work.

As individuals, we view the world through filters. These filters are based on our experiences, our values and our assumptions about life. They will either limit what we see (like tunnel vision) or expand what we see (like a prism) and, thus, impact how we perceive and what we think about our circumstances. This impacts how we show up in different situations.

The ELI assessment reveals what specific filters you've developed and how those filters are influencing the results you're achieving.

Attendees may be intrigued, if not by the assessment itself, but the concept that you've unconsciously developed filters throughout your whole life, which may be holding you back from seeing the full potential of yourself and what your life and career have to offer.
