This is where the left-brain and the right-brain collide! Being an effective leader is about leveraging both hemispheres to connect the process and goal setting side with the softer side of leadership (and yes, we know you're likely to lean a bit left!).
In this webcast, we are going to create an interactive learning lab on Emotional Intelligence (EQ), with a focus on how critical EQ is even for techies. Using the EQi 2.0 Assessment as the parameters, we will examine the 15 components of EQ, and take you through exercises where you will be able to quickly analyze emotions (see, there is analysis in here for you), improving your intelligence, productivity, goal setting, focus, and overall leadership abilities.
How the live webcast works and what it includes
You do not need any special equipment. On Oct. 31, 2017, before 2:00 p.m. ET you will be sent detailed webcast instructions via email including the Web address for accessing the presentation. Any handouts that are available will also be sent. You will follow along with both the slide presentation and the audio portion of the broadcast over the Internet. The registration fee includes:
