Description

Since the passage of the Affordable Care Act, the individual health insurance market has seen significant change in both our rating approaches and the subsidies available to members who are participating in the individual health insurance market. As promised by congress and the new administration, we expect to see more changes in the market over time. This seminar will address the most important features of the current ACA program followed by a look at the proposed changes offered by the new administration. The presentation will focus on how these proposed changes will impact our rating approach under the new guidelines proposed by the new administration. In addition to reviewing the proposed changes, we will also address technical changes that will impact our upcoming rate filings.
