This webcast will demonstrate how good actuarial work can influence high-level, c-suite decisions and ultimately drive greater collaboration between payers and providers within an integrated delivery system. It will use Medicare Advantage bid development to illustrate how payers and providers can produce fact-based arguments to seek reimbursement arrangements that support the goals of the integrated delivery system. Presenters will also share their experiences with some of the challenges that prevent integrated delivery systems from realizing their full potential.
