Registration Fee

Registration is now closed. The SOA Customer Service Center is available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT. Please call +1-888-697-3900.

The registration fee includes seminar materials, continental breakfast, lunch, reception, and beverage breaks. Take advantage of EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION. Rates increase by $300 for registrations received after July 17.

Registration Procedures

There are two ways to register: online or on site (subject to space availability – please contact SOA Customer Service in advance if you wish to register on site).

Online: (credit card required)

Online registration is available through Aug. 9, 2017.

In Person On-Site:

If you are unable to register online by Aug. 9, 2017, you may register at the on-site registration desk (space permitting) located outside of the hotel meeting room beginning Monday, Aug. 14 at 10:00 a.m.

If registering on-site, please call the Society of Actuaries’ Customer Service Center at +1 888-697-3900 to confirm space availability.

Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Confirmation

Online order confirmations are emailed upon completion of registration. Mail-in registration confirmations are emailed after the order has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please go to / MY ACCOUNT and log in to confirm your order was placed. To request another copy of the confirmation order or to update the registration form, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@soa.org.

Refunds

To cancel an order, go to / MY ACCOUNT, log in, choose the item you wish to cancel from your order summary and click the cancellation button. Complete the form to submit your refund request. As in the past, there is an administrative fee applied to all cancellations/refunds, and the balance will be refunded in two to four weeks. The cancellation button will only be available through the refund request deadline date of July 24, 2017.

An attendee may transfer his/her registration to another individual without a processing fee; however, the transfer must occur within the same program year.

The SOA reserves the right to cancel any program if conditions warrant. In the event of such cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any discounted airfares or hotel penalties that an attendee may incur due to cancellation.
