Principle Based Reserves, Cash Flow Testing, Product Pricing, and Risk Management all rely on identifying and quantifying the material risk factors associated with modeled blocks of business. Targeted Sensitivity Testing is an integral part of establishing the objective standards for determining materiality and to test the adequacy of margins for adverse deviation. This webcast will demonstrate how to set up sensitivity testing, review sensitivities, and establish margins that are adequate, appropriate and compliant. As the Simplified Methodology Research Project provides a Multi-Risk Scenario Generator that will assist actuaries in this process, this webcast will instruct how to begin using this new tool.
