*Reminder: You will not be able to proceed without a user name and password of EACH REGISTRANT to log into the website. If an assistant is registering for a group-they will need the User Name and Password for EACH attendee. A new screen will open and you will be asked to provide your first name, last name and email address. Upon verification in our system, you will receive an automated email with the information you are requesting that will allow you to access the system. It is important that you do not simply create yourself another record if you cannot remember your information. If that is the case, please contact and they can assist you.
