Attire              

Business casual attire is appropriate for the meeting sessions and related functions. Please remember that temperatures in meeting rooms may vary greatly and it is a good idea to have a light jacket or sweater with you. 

Presentations

We will not provide hard copies of handouts for all sessions. In addition, presentations received by the deadline will be posted for general viewing on our website in PDF format seven to 10 days prior to the meeting. Handouts can be accessed at here. All presentations (including late and amended materials) will be posted for general viewing on our website after the meeting.
