Travis Gaertner, Paralympian and ActuaryTravis Gaertner was born without his lower limbs. He has adapted to what a fully active lifestyle looked like for him. At an early age he wanted to test everything he could to determine what were HIS specific limits. That mindset resulted in 3 Paralympic gold medals spanning over 20 years and a very successful actuarial career. He believes in a balanced lifestyle. Resilience is key to successfully train at the highest level while pursuing his client’s needs during the day as a Senior Director and national leader in WTW’s Retirement Risk Management group.
