This webcast will present findings from the Society of Actuaries’ latest research report on Financial Perspectives on Aging and Retirement Across the Generations. This study examines the financial attitudes, priorities, behaviors and retirement readiness of Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X, Late Boomers and Early Boomers, providing an update on previous research published in 2018 and 2021.

Presenters will explore similarities and differences across generations in financial planning and priorities, retirement expectations and preparedness, debt and financial resilience, family and caregiving responsibilities, and concerns about risks to long-term financial security. The session will also highlight notable changes since earlier iterations of the research and emerging trends in how different generations are approaching their financial futures.
