I'm running for the SOA Board to help provide direction and leadership for our profession in a rapidly changing world. Technology, including AI, is reshaping our approach with risk analysis being more critical than ever. With over 28 years' experience across Actuarial, Data/AI, and Underwriting areas, I believe I can provide a broad, strategic, and innovative perspective with a view toward the future and what's possible. The actuarial profession and community are strong, and we can continue to evolve into new and emerging areas while managing and solving our biggest risk challenges throughout the globe. I would be honored to earn your vote and help shape our trusted profession.

Describe your interest in serving on the SOA Board of Directors, including what motivates you to pursue Board service at this time and the specific ways you believe you could add value to the organization.
I have worked in the Actuarial field for 28 years in various pricing, product development, and financial roles across Life, Health and Annuities. I have also participated in the SOA Employers Council from 2016–2023, providing a business perspective as to how the SOA is meeting our needs. I would love to continue to give back to the profession at a higher level and help lead strategically regarding the future of the SOA. The world and environment continue to evolve at a rapid pace. Through my past and current leadership experiences across Actuarial, Data, AI, and Underwriting, I believe I can provide a broad and agile perspective with a view towards the future and how actuaries should change to best meet the duties of the profession.
