Population Mortality Observations - Preview of 2017 Experience

This report reviews the latest estimates of 2017 U.S. population mortality experience. The SOA relied upon the estimates furnished by National Center for Health Statistics’ National Vital Statistics System. Estimates for 2017 overall mortality and for 14 causes of death are included in the analysis.
