For example, in certain cultures, communication is much more indirect, and relationships are much more personal, than in others. How do these norms impact organizational and leadership culture? What leadership and communication styles are valued at work, and how do diverse individuals navigate work culture with their own personal norms to create success for themselves and the organization?
