This panel will review key recent research and will offer an interactive discussion of some of the most important issues facing policy makers everywhere. To focus the discussion, we will examine these attributes through the lens of social capital. This session will focus on issues facing both developed and developing countries alike and compare and contrast different approaches being taken to address issues and their relative success.
