The first two courses of this certificate program serve as an introduction to all courses, covering the fundamentals of climate change. They are recommended for anyone who wants to learn more about this subject.
The full Climate Risk Certificate Program is recommended for actuaries and others who want practical instruction and training about climate risk. To receive the Climate Risk Certificate, please:
- Complete five required courses (noted in the table below with asterisks)
- Complete one specialty course from Course 5a-5e, and
- Pass the assessment (10-15 hours of work completed within a 96-hour window).
