Research Projects

MaD continues to work on our Underserved Life Insurance Markets research project, a broad analysis of the middle-income market. Much progress has been made already in 2015. The final result of this research will be a think piece that will cover analysis on this market’s true need for life insurance versus the demand for products, as well as a compilation of insights from leading industry experts in the middle market field.

Upcoming Meeting Sessions

At the 2015 Life and Annuity Symposium MaD is sponsoring the following meeting sessions:

  • Session 11 Panel Discussion: Life Insurance Distribution Trends Part 1
  • Session 37 Panel Discussion: Life Insurance Distribution Trends Part 2—Technology and Distribution
  • Session 62 Panel Discussion: Marketing to Your Key Demographic

MaD will also be co-sponsoring a hot breakfast with the Actuary of the Future Section, Technology Section, and Management and Personal Development Section. The speaker at the breakfast will be Carol McManus, also known as the “LinkedIn Lady.”

Since the last newsletter, MaD sponsored the following webinars:

  • An Insider’s View on Channel Expansion—Oct. 7, 2014.
  • Communicating to Your Company’s Sales & Marketing Team and Agents—March 25, 2015.
