About the Career Development Community

The Career Development Community unites actuaries across all career stages and practice areas to advance professional growth, leadership, and innovation. Created from the merger of the Actuary of the Future, Education and Research, Entrepreneurial and Innovation, Leadership and Development, and International Sections, it offers a global platform for sharing ideas, developing skills, and exploring new opportunities. Members benefit from diverse perspectives, forward-thinking resources, and connections that help shape the future of the profession.

To support actuaries at every stage of their careers by delivering high-quality education, fostering innovative thinking, encouraging leadership, and connecting members across international boundaries.
