About the Investment and Risk Management Community

The Investment and Risk Management Community brings together actuaries with expertise and interest in investment strategy and risk management. By combining the strengths of the former Investment Section and Joint Risk Management Section, it offers a collaborative space for sharing knowledge, developing skills, and exploring best practices. Members gain access to timely resources, thought leadership, and opportunities to connect with peers shaping the future of these critical disciplines.

Purpose Statement

To advance the practice of investment and risk management by providing high-quality education, fostering impactful research, and encouraging collaboration and engagement among actuaries at all career stages.
