Signatures on Examination Scantron Answer Sheets and Written-Answer Booklets

Exams with paper/pencil written-answer booklet – QFIQF and LTAM

Candidates are required to sign their scantron answer sheets. Candidates submitting examinations without a signed statement on the multiple–choice scantron answer sheet or written–answer booklet will not receive a grade for those examinations. The statement to be signed reads:

"I have neither given nor received assistance of any kind on this examination. I understand the examination is confidential and will not disclose its contents. This examination is being written with the understanding that if the scantron answer sheet or written-answer booklet is returned unsigned, it will not be graded."

Written-answer booklets for QFIQF and LTAM examinations will be processed at the SOA office. Committee officers and graders will receive information identifying candidates only by candidate number.
