Operating systems

SOA e-Learning content is supported on the following desktop/laptop operating systems:

• Windows
• MacOS

Web browsers

The following web browsers are supported: 

• Google Chrome
• Microsoft Edge
• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari (MacOS only)

Web browser settings

In order for e-Learning content to function as expected, the following browser settings must be configured:

• Allow browser pop-ups for https://learning.soa.org 
• Enable Javascript
• Enable cookies

Software

In addition to a web browser, the following software may be required to access your e-Learning content and to complete any assignments or tasks:

• Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel

Screen size (resolution)

For optimal viewing of e-Learning content, we recommend:

• Minimum screen resolution (pixels): 1366 by 768
