The University of Calgary invites applications for an Assistant Professor tenure track position in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, beginning July 1, 2004. A later starting date may be negotiated.

The Department is seeking an outstanding candidate with research expertise in actuarial science. Applicants should be accredited, or be working towards accreditation, in the Society of Actuaries or Casualty Actuarial Society.

All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.
