Intersectionality examines the interconnected nature of how race, gender, class, and other social categorizations create overlapping and interdependent systems in an individual's life development. A panel of actuaries (from actuarial identity-based organizations) will share how their identities impacted their careers as actuaries. In addition, panelists will share how individuals can be allies and assist in creating a culture of inclusion & belonging.
