2025 SOA Health Meeting: Session 5E: The Health Societal Purpose of the Actuarial Profession -06.24.25- Recording

In 2023, the SOA Board of Directors created the Societal Purpose Committee to broaden the strategic work of the SOA, and further drive and recognize how the actuarial profession serves society and extends to the communities and world around us.  This session will highlight recent activities of the committee and create discussion and feedback with attendees on ways to further the work of actuaries, with specific focus on healthcare and health insurance opportunities.
