This session will discuss how the recent changes made by CMS and the states surrounding Dual Integration will affect both DSNP and Managed Medicaid plans in the future. We will cover a Dual/Medicaid 101 and review the Final Rule and Proposed Rule changes. We will highlight some of the program differences between states and how states have adopted the dual integration policies. Lastly an experienced panel will discuss the implications of the policy changes from various stakeholder perspectives.
