Everything rises and falls on leadership. The quality and impact of leadership depends on one's skill and intentions. In this session, attendees will learn the principles of being a High Road Leader, where a leader has good leadership skills and intentions on having a positive impact on others. This is important today as we are in a time and world where leadership often divides people, instead of bringing them together. Also, implications on actuarial professionalism and code of conduct will be discussed.
