Several states have implemented innovative programs in the ACA through the 1332 waiver process. This session will be a primer on what 1332 waivers are, the waiver process (from an actuarial perspective), and what can be done with 1332 waivers. There will be a spotlight on the interesting programs that Colorado has implemented through their 1332 waiver.
