2025 SOA Health Meeting Virtual Event: Session 2A: Building and Using an AI Simulation Model -07.22.25- Recording

This session will provide an opportunity for health actuaries to practice real-world stakeholder negotiation in a high-stakes situation to help develop skills in balancing ethics, risk and innovation through the use of an AI-generated simulation environment. Participants will see how the simulation is developed along with instructions for creating your own copy of this model. In addition, the speakers will provide instructions for adapting the model to different situations that would fit with different problems and settings. This session provides a look at how AI intersects with data privacy and public trust along with a view of how AI can be used by actuaries to enhance their skills.
