Some are quickly approaching, such as the potential changes to asset adequacy testing requirements for reinsurance ceded by life insurers.

However, in 2023 the action picked up and we saw the largest inforce LTC reinsurance deal ever announced. Will this open the floodgates to more LTC deals?
