Description: This study develops a valid resident experience database to allow financial and operational analyses of CCRC and other senior congregate living arrangements, based on data specific to these facilities. Utilizing experience from 72 facilities, the study developed actuarial decrement rates for mortality, morbidity and withdrawal patterns.
