It has come to our attention that the 3rd Edition of Canadian Insurance Taxation is out of print and out of stock. The Society of Actuaries has received permission to provide the appropriate chapters of the 3rd edition to candidates who ordered the SOA complete study notes for Spring 2016. You will be receiving these shortly.

The first edition of Individual Health Insurance, Bluhm, 2007 is out of print and out of stock. Since this edition is required reading for the Spring 2016 session, the Society of Actuaries has received permission to distribute the required chapters to our candidates ordering the Complete set of study notes. If you have already received your complete set, this will be sent to you separately.
