The following chapters/sections apply: Ch. 1 (pp. 22-37, Sections 120-145), Ch. 16 (pp. 254-257, Sections 1615-1619 and pp. 269-270, Section 1680), Ch. 17 (pp. 322-323, Section 1790), Ch. 18 (pp. 333-336, Sections 1825-1840), and Ch. 23.
