Transcripts Now Available Online
Members and candidates can view and print transcripts right at their computers by going to www.soa.org and clicking on "education" and then "exam information." The online transcript display allows users to sort their exam records alphabetically or chronologically, and to view and print grade slips.
Online transcripts enable access to a candidate's entire examination performance history from 2000 onward. Official transcripts (with a watermark) may still be requested by contacting our Customer Service Center at customerservice@soa.org or at 888.697.3900. Members who took exams prior to 1980 or those who became Fellows prior to the year 2000 must request transcript copies by calling our Customer Service Center.
Having transcripts available online will save time for members and candidates by giving them immediate access to their exam records–and we anticipate that this will translate into greater convenience for employers as well. In addition, with this new self-service function in place, the SOA staff will have more time to focus on other ways to assist members and candidates.
This new online transcript process is just one more way the SOA is working to create solutions to member and candidate needs.
