**Guest Fee - One guest per registrant is allowed. A significant other, friend or family member of the attendee who is over the age of 18 is considered a guest (or non-business affiliate). Members of an actuarial organization, recruiters, and business partners are not considered guests and must register at the appropriate member or nonmember fee listed above. Guest fee does not include attendance at sessions or luncheons.

Expo Center

Welcome to the central hub of the meeting. This space is designed to help you recharge, engage, and make the most of your conference experience. Explore the exhibit area, connect with participating organizations, or take a moment for a Brain Break. Throughout the day, you’ll have access to activities, and dedicated spaces for practice areas, offering opportunities for meaningful interactions with like-minded peers.

Be sure to visit the SOA Booth, where you can engage with SOA staff, learn about valuable resources, and discover the latest initiatives. You’ll also find a variety of exhibitors showcasing [insert text about types of exhibitors here]. In addition, be sure to check out Motley Zoo Animal Rescue’s Puppy Park, where you can meet adoptable puppies and learn about the organization’s mission to rescue and rehabilitate animals.

Please note, breakfast will be served in the Expo Hall on Monday and Tuesday mornings, and the Expo Hall will close on Tuesday evening. Receptions will also be held in the evening, providing additional ways to engage.
