This presentation will explore innovative approaches to high performance networks (HPN). The session will compare the more traditional narrow network solutions offered by national carriers vs. different models established by newer vendors that focus on a different value proposition and/or does not involve narrowing the network at all. Attendees will gain an understanding of the differentiated ways that healthcare payers are tackling the issue of driving members to ‘high performing’ healthcare providers. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped with the knowledge of the current landscape in HPNs, and be able to think through which HPN model would be most appropriate for their own organizations and clients.
